Słodzone, gazowane napoje najlepiej zastąpić właśnie wodą. Tak samo należy zrobić w przypadku soków, nawet tych 100%. Często nie zdajecie sobie sprawy z tego, ile kalorii mają napoje, które spożywamy w ciągu dnia. Dla przykładu: szklanka soku pomarańczowego 100% ma około 50 kcal.

Nie bez powodu ktoś kiedyś powiedział, że woda jest zdrowa. Podczas ćwiczeń polecana do picia jest właśnie woda. Najlepiej niegazowana. Tak samo do obiadu. Woda nie ma przecież kalorii.

Dorosły człowiek powinien spożywać dziennie około dwóch litrów tego płynu. Jeśli uprawia aktywny tryb życia powinien wypijać go więcej, bo podczas wysiłku fizycznego organizm się poci. Trzeba więc uzupełnić te braki, by się nie odwodnić.

Kolejnym atutem wody jest to, że doskonale orzeźwia. Warto tutaj pamiętać o tym, że nawet gdy jesteś bardzo zmęczony musisz pić powoli. Woda naprawdę gasi pragnienie, w przeciwieństwie do gazowanych napojów, po których jeszcze bardziej chce się pić.

Trochę to dziwne, że tak często zapominacie o tym, co najbardziej oczywiste. Ćwicząc należy pamiętać, by się nie odwodnić. Organizm szybko się poci, więc trzeba uzupełnić płyny.
